What times and how often do you give your LO milk feeds (breastmilk or formula)? I’m still feeding my LO 5 times a day and feel like it’s probably too often.. we usually do 7am, 9:30am, 1pm, 4pm and 6:30pm.

At the 9:30 and 1pm feeds I’m usually feeding him to sleep for naps which I’m trying to stop!

Edited to add- he’s also having solids for 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and 2 small snacks (morning and afternoon tea) and will have a little water but breastmilk is still definitely his main source of food.
