I am 6 weeks and 6days today and I feel like I have no symptoms at all besides a positive test I also went to the doctor to confirm it. However I’m still pretty worried because I don’t feel pregnant at all this will be my first pregnancy and I’m pretty excited now but I’m a little worried I’m not really pregnant. My nipples are a little sore besides that I don’t feel any different,I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this but any advice would be appreciated
