Has anyone here had period like bleeding (no clots) and cramps in early pregnancy but went on to have a normal pregnancy?

I'd been having faint positive tests that started to get slightly darker but then yesterday midday I started bleeding, first light now more period like and have period like cramps,

Went to ED as that's what midwife suggested and blood levels were 84 and cervix closed, have to go back Saturday for more bloods to check if rising or falling,

But wondered what other peoples experiences were?
