Tips for all day nausea 🤢
Hi ladies, are there any other mum’s to be experiencing all day nausea? I’m 7w 6d and this is my 5th pregnancy, I have a 6 year old and had 3 losses. This pregnancy I’ve had constant all day nausea since 4w 5d. I don’t feel like eating, I can barely keep down water without gagging and everything smells absolutely disgusting. Hubby even smells strange and my libido has taken a nose dive. Fruit has been my saviour, particularly tart/sour fruits like blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, apples, pears, bananas. I eat whatever doesn’t smell disgusting to me, which isn’t much & I’ve lost weight. I barely had any sickness when I was expecting my 6 year old, maybe 2 weeks worth of mild queasiness spread over the first trimester, so this pregnancy has thrown me! I’ve tried crystallised ginger, peppermint tea, sea bands, Elevit Morning Sickness Tablet with Ginger & B6 and nothing is working well anymore 🤢
