I am scared

So I just recently found out that I am pregnant and I don’t even know how far along I am and miscarriage is a bad thing for my family , my sister had four before she had her baby and my mummy had four before she had my little brother and I am starting to get like brown discharge when I wipe after I pee is that normal

Someone help I am really scared
