7 weeks pregnant only want to eat Nutella?!

Question

For lunch a Nutella sandwich is the only thing I want to eat beside that I can’t even think of other food without retching! 
Is it really bad if I eat Nutella for lunch most day till my nausea passes and I am able to eat properly...

This spunds like a sponsored post :)) I don't know if I envy or feel sorry for you :D Nutella is yummy but it's definitely a big nono...maybe try to distract yourself with a ypugurt and some chochlate sprinkles in it? Or a chocolate cookie with milk?

I mean, that's basically just having dessert for lunch, so I'd try to avoid doing that regularly.

All I could stomach were salt and vinegar chips and sour patch kids candy LOL. As long as you’re taking your prenatal vitamins and eating what you can, you should be fine. My boy was born perfectly healthy and I couldn’t eat much during my whole first trimester up until like 19 weeks!

To be honest, I’d try not to eat too much of it. Just because it’s not a product that’s super light on a nauseous stomach. But really, eating something is better than nothing. 
It does have cocoa in it which has caffeine. But as long as you’re not consuming more than 200mg per day, you’re fine. (Which, supposedly, would be a TON of Nutella since it looks like it has 7mg per 100g 😂)
 
My first tri all I could eat was cherries. Anything else made me gag at just the THOUGHT of them (anything besides cherries) or just LOOKING at them, let alone smelling, tasting, or touching. 
Was it at all balanced? No. But something was better than nothing.
So again, if your okay with all the other stuff added into it, go ahead!
