IB? Or what?

Confused with my body. So I’m not sure when I ovulated but I’m thinking around aug 3rd or 4th. That would make me 5-6 dpo. Is this IB ? Been mildly crampy but nothing crazy. I feel like I’m just being crazy lol. I’ve felt super nauseous the last three days... I just don’t know what to think 🤣 I had an ectopic in May
