There’s a doctor in my area. He’s the only doctor at this particular practice, and does literally everything by himself- family practice, pediatrics, OBGYN, the whole nine yards. And he induces almost 100% of his patients because then he knows he can be there and he doesn’t have to chose between two or more patients who may go into labor at the same time. Do you think this should be allowed/legal? What about the mother’s right to allow her body to do what it was created for? What about allowing your child to come when he or she feels ready? I understand being induced once you get to a certain point (overdue, etc) or for medical purposes. But just because it’s convenient for your doctor?

PS he can’t even deliver at our local hospital because he’s been barred from practicing there.
