For those who breastfeed, do you nurse your baby back to sleep if they wake up in the middle of the night? My son had his 9 month checkup today (2 weeks late) and the ped got on me about feeding him when he gets up. She said he’s too old for that and needs to just go back to sleep.. but I don’t feel comfortable just saying “ok bye go back to sleep” nursing makes him go back to sleep so that’s why I do it.. bad habit I know but it’s just easier for us 😩
