No this is not true. As long as you get them done by a professional you are going to be just fine. It can actually make them more sensitive not take away sensitivity.

It doesn’t happen often but it is true you can lose some feeling I got them don’t at a very popular shop in my nearest city, the lady had been working there for 10+ years done over 3,500 nipple piercings and mine lost feeling. I hated them sucks cause there so cute but it is what it is.

It’s weird with mine as it’s a bit of both. More sensitive but also less 😂 if my nipples are touched very lightly I cannot feel it whatsoever but overall I can still feel the sensations when they are played with!
