Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this with their LO! Would love to swap stories 😊. Feeling very alone and defeated by it today.

I see you!! We are on a dairy free diet it I’m not sure I believe our lil guy even has MSPI 🤷🏼‍♀️ although he does have bad reflux and spits up A LOT. I’m exclusively pumping so still doing a dairy free diet for myself and it sucks. There are a lot of good dairy alternatives out these days but cheese, oh beloved 🧀, how I miss thee.
