Suggestions for sick meds
Any suggestions for dealing with a congested nose, sore throat and coughing up phlegm? My chest is tight from the coughing.
DH brought home something from the office and literally 2 days later I got it but 10 times worse. Is there anything anyone suggests, have used throat lozenges, Panado, steaming.
Please help. ☹️😣 30 weeks and so uncomfortable 😣
