Pregnant right after stopping birth control?

Hi everyone! 
I just stopped taking OCPs two weeks ago. Has anyone had any luck getting pregnant immediately after getting off the pill?

Took me about 10 months.

Well! I got of the pill on August, and I am 6 weeks pregnant now. Also, I got tested for AMH levels in August and they turned out to be really low (0.43). I will have my first ultrasound next week.

It took us 6 months. But, my friend got pregnant her first month off the pill.
