Emergen-c safe?

I'm flying tomorrow at 25 weeks, I was wondering if Emergen-c is safe to take pregnant? Pic to show what I'm talking about :)

I read it wasn't.  That large doses of vitamin C werent safe. I was gonna take this a few months back when my kids were sick but decided against it. But ive never actually asked my doctor just by what I found on the internet. 🤷‍♀️

My doctor said it’s fine. He only said vitamin A was dangerous if you take too much.
