Cramps after ovulation?

Hi all, 
I am having cramps today, they are strong now. I am 12 days until my period and my ovulation was few days ago. Any ideas? Might be an urinary infection?

I had cramps on and off for 13 or so days before my period this month. It's so irritating.

How did you confirm ovulation?

Answer

I tend to ovulate after the days the app says and I often get cramps. Typically it’s 2 days after the app says I ovulate that I get cramping and EWCM.
