I really like both names. They don’t have great flow together, if that matters to you. I think good flow is nice to have, but not essential if it feels right to use both of these names.
I do like Cedar August a bit more. But August Cedar is nice too.

August is cool, Cedar is a tree/type of wood and would be like naming your kid Pine or Maple.
