Honestly wish it was so much easier..when trying to conceive you can try to:

-Test for your ovulation surge (LH)

-Have sex during your window

-Take prenatal

-Take your temperature (Basal Temp.)

-Etc. Etc. Etc.

My mother got pregnant 7 times without doing any of the above or even had to worry about it...all healthy pregnancies. She did the deed and bam pregnant.

I’ve had two chemical pregnancies and can’t seem to stick and I’ve tried everything I feel! I know I need to be patient, but it sucks.
