I'm 30 weeks pregnant and on vacation in Spain. I ate pasta with arrabiata sauce 2 hours ago and have just woken up vomiting in my sleep and then I had diarrhea. It was about 10:30 when I ate it and I went to bed about 40 minutes after.

No idea if I was sick because I ate so late or if it's food poisoning.

I'm terrified for my baby boy. Is he in danger? Anyone any advice?

Baby has been kicking like crazy the last 10 minutes since. Hasn't stopped moving.

I don't get home until Wednesday.
