Well I hit 7 weeks and also am bloated and have tons of gas stuck after going to a cookout and probably eating too much. Any suggestions on how to make this pregnant lady a little less gassy? I have a heating pad on my stomach because it is painful and I’m on my left side. I’m going to try to sleep if I can get comfortable enough. Thanks... sorry for the tmi. I remember being super gassy with my daughter too and my obgyn just told me pregnancy is a very gassy time 😢
