Loved my iud as I am super sensitive to the hormones with the pill. Depot can guck with your cycles for a while after you stop getting it.

Loved my IUD. had no periods whatsoever, no complaints and was protected for 5 years. Pills didn't work for me because I forgot one here and there, same with Nuvaring, if you have sex and fall asleep before putting it back in you are not protected. I will never use anything else than an IUD.
