Does anyone have any ideas and remedies to treat a UTI that is safe during pregnancy?

My OBGYN prescribed a 7 day antibiotic treatment and my last day of them is tomorrow and it has not went away. It actually seems like the tenderness in my abdomen is getting worse while I pee.

I drink a lot of water also. Shower regularly. I use regular soap down there. And fiancé and I have not had sex in a while.

Nothing else is painful besides the tenderness and cramping while I pee.

I’d love to know some remedies you ladies use for a UTI while pregnant if the antibiotics don’t work. Or should I call my doctor?
