When I woke up this morning I took my morning pee and when I whipped I didn’t see any spots. When I get to work this morning I saw brown spots on the tissue and I’m very scared because what if this early sign of a miscarriage. This is my first child so everything is new to me and I’m scared. The doctor told me last week that o could have a ectopic pregnancy because the sack was empty during the ultrasound. I’m trying to think positive thoughts about ever but I can’t help to feel sacred
