Swollen lymph node in neck

I have a swollen lymph node in my neck that I'm realizing has been there for a year. I'm thinking its caused by stress. But I don't have any severe crazy symptoms but I do get stuffy noses all throughout the year and I always have since I was younger. I know it's not THAT tmi , but Idk what could cause it. Any ideas?
