At how many weeks can u try to induce ur own labor at home?

I’m 29 weeks and my cousins girlfriend is 34 weeks and she said her doctor told her she can start trying to induce her own labor at home but I feel like it’s too early ? Or am I wrong ?

No doctor will say it’s ok to start at 34 weeks you aren’t even full term yet. Besides unless your body and baby are ready nothing you do will work.
