Does severe morning sickness rally mean a girl?

Everyday I get morning sickness it doesn’t matter what time I constantly feel nauseous and like I’m going to vomit... I’m 7 weeks. anyone else felt this way and had a girl?

No not at all, I had lots of nausea but never threw up and I'm having a girl while my sister was incredibly sick for both her boys. Like they say every pregnancy is different.

I wondered the same. I’ve heard a lot of people say it can go either way. I had no symptoms at all with my boy and I feel terrible this time around. Only time will tell if it’s a boy or girl! Can’t wait to find out tho. 😊

My friend ended up in hospital with HG with her boy. Ive had 3 girls and had it 2/4 pregnancies so its 50/50

I never got sick and I’m having a girl. My friend who’s also pregnant was super sick her entire first trimester and is having a boy. Just an old wives tale!

no. my friend threw up every morning before we went to class in her first trimester and she has a little boy. i was only nauseous a couple times a day and i’m having a girl.
