Lip Tie?

Does this look like a lip tie? She doesn’t seem to have any issues with latch, and has gained a significant amount of weight (2 pounds in 2 weeks!) but she is EXTREMELY gassy, all the time! Our pediatrician didn’t mention any signs of lip or tongue tie at our first visit..thoughts? TIA!

Definitely looks like an upper lip tie! Both my nephews had one and a bottom tongue tie.

My 1 year old has a lip tie but when I brought it up to the pediatrician 6 months ago, she just said as long as she latches fine and it doesn’t seem to bother her then there’s nothing to worry about. I hear it could affect her speech and the way her teeth come in but so far everything seems good with both of those! I’d just bring it up to your pediatrician and see with they say.
