Reflexology for labor
I’m 40 + 1 today and my sister in law (also pregnant but a month behind me) booked us 90 minute reflexology massages today, and I’m so excited! I’ve never had any kind of massage before!
Has anyone else tried this for kickstarting labor?! My SIL’s friend swears by it, and it worked for her a couple weeks ago. I booked with the same therapist as her, just to up my chances! Lol.
