Rash/dry skin? 😟

Noticed this yesterday. It was red and I thought it was heat rash. Now one part of it is kind of peeling? And his chin now looks dry—could that be from all his drooling? Any ideas?

My kids have sensitive skin and respond well to Cetaphil. It's good stuff for eczema and dry skin.

We had something similar and our ped recommendation was selsen (so) blue shampoo 2x’s a week and no soap on the face only water within a week it looked so much better!

Cradle cap. My son's skin looks exactly the same. You can use coconut oil ☺️.

My first had that, we were told it was eczema. Coconut oil helped him.

My son has the same! Wondering if it’s eczema? I’m going to try some QV cream on it to see if that helps
