Woke up at 830 this morning in pain/pressure in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. Have been getting pain all thru the day. I haven't had any discharge/bleeding. I've walked around to see if they pains will go away but they will not tried laying down sitting standing nothing makes them stop. The contractions seemed pretty steady for awhile but then got a little farther apart I'm so confused on if this false labor or the real deal. I also have no pain in my back. I'm 38+4 when I went to my drs 2 days ago I wasn't dialating at all yet
