I might be pregnant

I’m 17 and starting my senior year of high school. my boyfriend and I had sex but we were careful. I’m a day and a half late and i’m freaking out. I can’t tell if i’m late from being so stressed or if i’m actually pregnant. If i am then i can’t keep it and have to abort it. I’m scared just thinking about what it’ll do to me if I do. Any advice?
