What time of day to have baby’s 1st birthday party?

It will be on a Saturday, at our house, and mostly adults. (My good friends’ 1-year old will be the only other kid.) We’re serving lunchy foods & adult beverages. What do y’all think? 🤔

Depend when he baby naps. 
My 1 yr old naps between 12-3. So we always did the party after 3:00 PM when he’s well rested.

Depends on your baby. My kids are always happiest in the morning so I like to do it early. Also factor in nap times 😊

My brother always has his kids birthday at 11am, huge pain in the ass for me since I have to drive two hours one way to be able to attend. Plus getting myself and my little one ready. So just something to consider if you have family coming from an hour or more away. We had my daughter’s birthday party at 2pm, it worked out pretty well for everyone!

In retrospect.. 11am seems a little early, considering we’re serving alcohol. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
