Pregnancy acne

I have struggled with acne since high school so it’s nothing new. But prior to pregnancy I was able to clear it up with Clindamycin and Adapaline. have done EVERYTHING possible to clear up my skin since being pregnant including still using the clindamycin (which is totally safe during pregnancy) as well as a new pregnancy approved Azelaic acid cream, and my acne is still worse than it was in high school 😅 I’m 21 years old, and 24 weeks pregnant and I just want to feel confident again.

What else can I do to get rid of the acne??
