What’s the latest you awake your LO from their final nap?

Does anyone else’s LO take a very late nap regularly? My 14 week old takes a nap at 8pm most nights.

Answer

It more depends on when their bedtime is. If your baby's bedtime is 11pm, then of course its totally fine and normal for a late nap. If bedtime is 7 or 8pm, then a late nap can be a real pain in the butt and affect them getting to sleep at bedtime!
So I think the real question you wanna be asking, is how long is your past awake window before bedtime.
