I do pole fitness! 
I did 3 classes a week, dropped too two now and then one once I get near 30 weeks.

I said yes but it's more like kind of. I walk most days, but other workouts are a bit more sporadic. I'm lucky if I get any weight training in 2x a week 😂😭
