Any good remedies for hand swelling?

Any good advice for things to do, things to eat, or drink to help with swelling?  I know to avoid excessive sodium but what else can I do?

Water. Salt (sea or pink Himalayan is best - lower sodium but salt helps us to absorb our fluids) magnesium bisglycinate and potassium - easy as eating a banana. My hand swell whenever I’m on my feet for too long - running on the treadmill or hiking or working.

Drink lots of water sometimes we swell because we are dehydrated.

Avoid overheating or walking a lot. Those have always made my hands swell pre-pregnancy and now make my swelling much worse
