So usually every morning, my boyfriend wakes up slightly earlier than he needs to for work so we have about 15 minutes to talk etc before I have to leave for work.

This morning he was awake but was lying down facing the other way, on his phone. So I was like “fine”, and got my laptop out to check the travel news. I was on it for all of two minutes, and then got up to finish getting ready.

He still was on his phone, so I was like “right I’m off to work” and he was giving me attitude that I didn’t want to stay and talk and I was too busy on my laptop.

And I was there like “hold on, you’re the one that didn’t look up from your phone”

He kept sulking so I went off to work saying “I don’t have the energy for this”
