I tried the nature made brand but they smelled really fishy and made me nauseous. And I was slamming sardines, I wasn’t even sensitive to fish! So I switched to Shaklee vita-lea with folic acid and those are doing me great! Smell almost herbal which I’m Into.

I’m taking these with no complaints. I took the rainbow light ones my first month. But the taste was to strong and it was two separate pills. I had to switch because I would gag after taking them. They’re small than my old ones, have no taste, and smoother and go down easier.

These made me SO BADLY constipated and nauseous. They did not work for me. Stopped taking them. Started taking the honest ones and wow I’m so much better. I can actually use the restroom. But everyone is different. Doesn’t hurt to try! Maybe they’ll work for you!
