Do I need a tolerance break?
So I’ve been smoking bud since I was 12 (20 now) and I know I have a problem with it because I think I’ve literally smoked everyday since I was 14 but I no longer get stoned ? I don’t even get baked and enjoy it anymore it’s just become a bad habit. I smoke bongs from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed so I know I’m not sober but I feel it? Do I need a break? I know I should quit but I honestly can’t imagine it with my anxiety hence why I started smoking it but also because I really used to enjoy getting baked and I know this post sounds stupid as fuck but I guess I just want to know how to cut back and if cutting back will actually get me baked if that makes sense ffs
I wanna feel myself on a spiritual level again 😭😂
