My OB told me I needed BC at my last appointment. Well they told me I would have my IUD by the next week to get insurance time to call me and get it started. I haven’t gotten a call from insurance or my doctor. I signed paperwork saying I wanted it but my insurance calls and makes sure it’s not fraud and that it’s actually me wanting it. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. I called my OB last week and they haven’t heard anything either. I dont know what to do. We are using condoms and I’m on my period right now but I want and need my IUD for extra protection. I’m getting annoyed by this
