Eating less?

Question

So my 3wk old used to eat from both sides for about 15min a side. 
For the last 2 days he’s been latching- drinking for about a min or 2 then detached and relatches and this goes on for about 10min. 
He also falls asleep when doing this which was normal before too. 
He’s still just as gassy/ pooping the same. 
Is he just not as hungry ?
Is something wrong with my milk?

As they get older, babies become more effective at drinking from the breast. My LO is 7 weeks and sometimes the one side is enough, though at bedtime we make sure to do both. If you're worried, you could do a diaper change after one boob, that usually wakes mine up enough to take the other.

My LO is also seven weeks. He only eats on one side. Sometimes he eats 7 minutes and sometimes he eats 40.
