What does Braxton Hicks feel like

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and experiencing some cramping/tightness on the right side of my belly this morning. Not super painful, but definitely a discomfort. No other issues. Could this be Braxton Hicks?

Usually BH are described as non painful, belly tightening. When I have had them in both pregnancies, it's been the whole belly, not just one side. But I've heard of Mama's having them on one side.
