I am 35 weeks pregnant and the past week I have been dizzy on and off through the day. Yesterday I decided to take my blood pressure which was 148/81 my normal is 125 ish over 70 ish due to me not feeling right the past week I decided to call my OB which he advise to go hospital.

They checked for preeclampsia and everything came back negative. When I got there baby girls heart rate was 180 and my blood pressure was 155/91 which then started to drop on its own once time passed and the dizziness went away so they sent me home.

Today it seems the dizziness is back again

I have no other symptoms to rule out preeclampsia could this maybe just be the pregnancy causing on and off high blood pressure just wondering if anyone has similar stories and outcomes
