41 weeks and 1 day! Second sweep
Saw the midwife today and had another sweep.
Head is fully engaged and I’m 2cm dilated.
The midwife has booked me in to be induced on 16th August (I was due on 4th) but she thinks baby will be here before then. She said last week that she didn’t think I’d make it to 41 weeks so I won’t hold my breath on that assessment!
Either way my baby will be here by the weekend!! Woohoo!!
