I have never ever had irregular periods until about 2 months ago. I was extremely late one month, and last month it never showed up. I had an ultra sound done due to having slightly elevated testosterone and acne and my doctor only found 1 small cyst on my ovary. I was given progesterone to “start” my period, then given Femara 2.5mg days 3-5.

I was told to start OPK’s 5 days after my last dose. I got a “high” on CB Advanced on days 12-13 but ran out of strips, so I got the CB regular sticks and have yet to see a positive.

Did I miss it? Did I not ovulate yet? I’m so confused. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
