Should I take a plan b??

Okay so I just finished my first pack of birth control pills right? I took the first pill in my second pack yesterday. (So like basically all I'm saying with this is that I'm new to taking birth control) In the month I've taken birth control, I've never taken a pill late. I had sex today and the condom broke and now I'm freaking out. Should I take a plan B since I've only finished one birth control pack???

Birth control pills are generally effective after 7 days. If you haven’t missed more than one pill, there is no need for plan b, please don’t take it!
