Im only almost 5 weeks and since i found out i was pregnant i have had cramps and exhaustion since then

Now im having problems being hungry the first half of the day

Like its currently 230 where i live and i just now ate for the first day which was kust some mexican rice

Now im only a little hungry around 1130 but im fine if i have a snack then im not hungry till around 2 and i get instantly nauses around rigjr before i get hungry and get even more nauses after i eat

Wtf lol
