My boyfriend of almost 2 years opened up to me last night that he isn’t sexually attracted to me anymore. He’s had issues with my weight ever since we got together but now it’s affecting him really bad. My libido has stayed the same through our relationship but his has obviously gone down. I knew it had something to do with me but his excuse was always “I’m just not in the mood.” He finally dropped the ball last night, even said he had been thinking about ending things. He didn’t want to end things because he cares deeply for me as a person, he just feels helpless. Like he wants to be attracted to me in that way but just can’t bring himself to do it. He doesn’t know what to do. I’ve tried losing weight, multiple times, multiple ways. And I’m scared that my lack of weight loss is going to ruin our relationship... I need help, advise, something. I feel defeated.
