Possible twins?

I know this might be a stupid question. So I made my first appointment today and the lady said I would only be 3 weeks 2 days by my period. I’ve had very dark lines and a digital pick up already. Horrible nausea, sore breast, and fatigue. Is it possible that I’m pregnant with twins for being this early and feeling so bad?

I had very dark lines and a positive digital at 3 weeks with my first everyone said twins for this reason but only had one and just found out I’m pregnant again at 3 weeks the lines were dark and got a positive on a digital as well and I highly doubt this one will be twins

I had dark lines and a positive digital at 3 weeks 2 days with my fraternal twins and I also had dark lines and a positive digital at 3 weeks 2 days with my singleton. My pregnancy tests with my twins weren’t any darker than with my singleton.

Dark lines don’t necessarily mean much since pregnancy tests only detect if hCG is present in your urine, but possible if you’re experiencing emphasized symptoms such as nausea and extreme fatigue. Only way to find out for sure is an ultrasound.
