My husband and I had our first child, a sweet baby girl, Winslow Ivy on 7/11/19! We are those parents who are really strict about proper sanitizing and hygiene when it comes to our little one.

I wanted to share the list of rules we had at the hospital, just in case anyone wants to use them! We had this poster taped on the outside of our room in L&D, and we have it taped to our front door at home now.

Protecting our baby is by far the most important thing to us and we are not shy about making our friends and family follow our rules 🙂
