I'm 15+5 weeks and my hands are so sore especially in the mornings I'm losing strength in my hands as well and it hurts when I go to pick anything up even if it's not heavy. Sometimes my hands go numb and I get pins and needles in my hands that travel up my arms.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? What did you do to relieve some of the pain and make day to day activities easy again?

I don't see my midwife until the 20th of August so going to talk to her then but seriously considering making a doctos appointment before then as I work in a coffee shop and using my hands is a big part of the job.
